Powerpoint PeopleAlan, Carol & Sally picture formatting
The penultimate week and time to create some powerpoint slideshows in preparation for the presentations next time.
For some, new skills were learnt as they put together their first powerpoint presentation, learning how to add and organise new slides, insert images, resize images, save their work and print out handouts.
Judging by the slides the presentations look set to be another round of excellent research topics and I'm looking forward to hearing them next Wednesday.

Carr Presentations 0 Dec 4 2008, 4:38 AM EST by Carr

As Adam says, we had a good afternoon, a lot of hard work and concentration and realisation that the presentations are next week and is there time to do everything - what to include? what to leave out? Photos taken, research for better images on the web and a few lessons in learning how to make photos look good within written text, which will be useful for our joint project report which I will be working on in the New Year for ultimate circulation to all the team members, U3A headquarters and LAARC. We have some good topics and I am sure everyone will enjoy the presentations
